Are you looking to do something different for the whole family while simultaneously improving your fitness and exploring the great outdoors?
South Wales Orienteering Club are holding an event at Dare Valley Country Park on January 25th.
Orienteering is a sport for all the family, for all ages and you don’t have to be super-fit to compete. Be as competitive or as relaxed as you want, the idea is to have fun.
